Central Michigan Football wrapped up its 2025 spring ball schedule with a spring game that showcased Team Kramer’s offense scoring four touchdowns and Team Deromedi’s defense racking up three sacks and six tackles for loss. New head coach Matt Drinkall praised the team’s internal dynamic and culture, noting their teamwork and humility.

The offense was led by running back Jakivion Calip, who scored two touchdowns, including a 19-yard pass from quarterback Marcus Beamon. Quarterback Jadyn Glasser also contributed with a 1-yard touchdown run. On defense, players like Kade Kostus, Dakota Cochran, and Kyle Krebs stood out with their tackles for loss and sacks.

Special teams had a strong showing as well, converting all four PATs and three field goal attempts, including a 47-yard kick from placekicker Cade Graham. Punter Declan Duley also had a solid day with punts of 48 and 49 yards.

The Chippewas’ 2025 football schedule was announced, with season tickets already on sale. The team will kick off their season at San Jose State on August 28 and play five home games, including matchups against Michigan and Western Michigan.

Fans can purchase tickets for non-conference games, with Chippewa Athletic Fund members having early access based on donation levels. Tickets for the Michigan game are $60, while the San Jose State and Pittsburgh games are $30 and $20, respectively.
