However, guests complained of waiting hours in their rooms and receiving clearance items from the online store instead of exclusive merch. Travel vloggers also expressed their disappointment in a YouTube video. MrBeast has not made a formal statement but responded to a fan’s complaint on social media, offering to make it up to everyone affected by inviting them to tour his studio. Guests were informed they would be fully refunded by Resorts World. The event has since been removed from the hotel’s website. MrBeast and Resorts World Las Vegas did not comment when reached out for a response.
