Charles “Chuck” Eurydice Gray has been selected as the commencement speaker for NPRC’s 2025 Commencement Ceremony. Gray, the executive director at Impact Corry, a rural development hub organization, has been recognized for her leadership, helping to raise over $12 million in funding for her organization, the city of Corry, and Erie County. With a background in communications and literature, Gray is known for her radical collaboration and dedication to community and economic development.
In addition to her work with Impact Corry, Gray also serves as a lecturer for the Jefferson Educational Society and is running for a seat on the Corry City Council. Known for her infectious energy and unwavering optimism, Gray is passionate about lifting up her community and planning for the future. Her diverse career also includes work in theatre, fundraising, and journalism.
Gray’s selection as commencement speaker reflects NPRC’s commitment to providing affordable higher education in the region. As a native of Warren County, Gray is grateful for the opportunity to inspire and share her experiences with the graduating class. Her message for the graduates is to use the lessons she has learned throughout her career and life to achieve success in their own endeavors.
