In a surprising turn of events at the Michigan State Capitol, Democratic State Representative Julie Brixie from Okemos has lost her speaking privileges on the House floor, following an incident in which she wrapped cling film around the BMW belonging to Republican colleague Matt Maddock over a parking dispute.
On April 17, Brixie admitted to the prank after Maddock inadvertently parked his vehicle across two spots, partially encroaching on Brixie’s designated space.
