The Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) has intensified its efforts to eliminate unlicensed offshore sportsbooks operating within the state by issuing cease-and-desist orders to two prominent operators: MyBookie.ag and BetNow.eu.
On January 23, 2025, the MGCB directed Duranbah Limited N.V., the operator behind MyBookie.ag, to cease offering sports and casino-style gaming services to Michigan residents.
